It's kinda the first show of the year so we kick it off the way we like to. We have so much new hip hop i can't name them all and we talk about how people say 2009 is the year of the return of the White raper. Also we talk about the one thing alot of women in the city have on these days, UGG Boots! what are they and why are some dudes rocking them?! it all goes down on the Iron Rap Show!!!

Part 2 we have the one they call Nathan "Flutebox" on the show.
Nathan is an amazing musician. Capable of playing the flute whilst beat boxing, he is growing ever popular with the hip-hop generation and has worked with array of artists ranging from the alternative genre right through to the Hip-Hop genre. He is a shining example of the evolution of Hip-Hop and music as a whole.

He has collaborated live and in the studio with, among others, Nitin Sawhney, The Prodigy, Beardyman, Plan B, Asian Dub Foundation, Foreign Beggars, Mattafix, and Ed Rush & Optical. In 2008 Nathan established himself as a festival favourite, appearing at BESTIVAL (main stage) as well as WOMAD (UK, Spain and Gran Canaria - main stage), Larmer Tree and Glastonbury

Nathan is taking live acoustic performance to the next level and urban music into uncharted waters.

His hi-octane, hyper-percussive show combines the raw energy and attitude of Hip Hop and Jazz beats with the intricacies and musicianship of classical Indian music.
